University Housing
Southeastern's residential community is home to over 2,700 students. Residents live only a short walk or Lion Traxx ride to classroom buildings, the library, computer labs, dining locations, and the Student Union. A section of some residence halls are designated for special interest housing communities including students involved with Living Learning Communities, sororities and fraternities.

- The Housing Portal is open to accept 2022-2023 Housing Applications
- June 15th is the deadline to pay 2022-2023 housing application fees to avoid paying $50 late fee.
- Summer applications are now open. Students must submit their application before May 15th to avoid the $50 late fee.
